Cookie Policy

Cookie Policy

Effective from 2026-05-28

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies — localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, and scripts — collectively called "trackers" in this policy.

This Policy explains which trackers we use on Yugo by Dzaferovic, for what purpose, and how you can manage your consent.

2. Tracker Categories

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to work — authentication, cart, CSRF protection, storing your consent choice. These do not require consent (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy).

Functional

Remember your preferences — interface language, selected venue, dismissed banners. Activated after consent.

Analytics

Help us understand how the site is used (anonymous statistics). Activated only after explicit consent.

Marketing

Used for personalised ads and retargeting (if the venue has them configured). Activated only after explicit consent.

3. Up-to-date tracker information

To avoid this policy going stale with every technical change, we do not list every individual name or exact duration here. The full, up-to-date list of active trackers — name, category, purpose, provider, and duration — is available at any time via the "Cookie Settings" button at the bottom of the site.

In summary, trackers on this site fall into the following typical duration ranges by category:

  • Authentication and session (strictly necessary): from session (until you close the browser) to a few weeks for long-lived sign-in.
  • Cookie-consent record (strictly necessary): up to 6 months, after which the banner is shown again.
  • Cart and preferences (strictly necessary / functional): stored locally in your browser until cleared.
  • Analytics (consent required): typically up to 24 months.
  • Marketing (consent required): duration depends on the specific provider and is listed in "Cookie Settings".

4. How to manage your consent

Your control

On your first visit you see a consent banner — you can accept, reject, or choose per category.

Rejecting is as easy as accepting — the banner offers equally prominent "Accept" and "Reject" buttons at the same level (in line with EDPB Guidelines 03/2022).

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" button at the bottom of the site. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled — the site does not work without them.

Consent record: your choice is stored in a strictly necessary cookie for up to 6 months. After expiry the banner is shown again so you can reaffirm your choice (consent renewal).

5. Transfers outside the EEA

If the venue uses third parties located outside the EEA (e.g. some analytics providers), transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under Arts. 44–49 GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).

6. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is effective from 2026-05-28.
