Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Yugo by Dzaferovic website to place orders for food and drinks (for pickup, delivery, or dine-in).

By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

Selecting products, providing contact details, and confirming the order constitutes an offer by you. The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email or on screen with an order number.

• All prices are in the displayed currency and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order due to technical error, stock shortage, or reasonable suspicion of abuse.
• Any minimum order value or delivery zone (where applicable) is shown at checkout.

Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout: card, payment on delivery/pickup, or another method offered by the venue. For card payments, the card number is not stored by us — it is processed by a licensed payment service provider.

If you choose pickup, please collect your order within 30 minutes of the stated ready time. After this window we reserve the right not to guarantee product quality or issue a refund.

You may cancel an order free of charge if preparation has not yet started — contact us immediately using the details above.

If you receive a wrong, incomplete, or defective order, contact us within a reasonable time (ideally within 24 hours) with a description and photos if possible.

• For a proven defect or missing item, we will replace the item or refund the corresponding amount.
• Refunds are issued via the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
• Refund timing: within 14 days of a complaint being accepted, by the same payment method.
• We respond to complaints within 30 days of receipt.

In case of a dispute, you may contact Commission for Consumer Protection (CPC) — https://kzp.bg/, email: info@kzp.bg, phone: +359 700 111 22, or any other recognised Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body under Directive 2013/11/EU.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed Regulation (EU) 524/2013. We recommend contacting the national consumer authority directly, or reaching us at the address above.

Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or breach of mandatory statutory provisions.

Allergens: please inform us of any allergies or food intolerances before ordering. Despite the measures we take, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergen traces in the kitchen.

Trademarks, logos, product images, and text on the site are owned by the venue or its licensors and are used with permission. Reproduction without explicit written consent is prohibited.

We are not liable for non-performance or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, power/internet outages, strikes, pandemic measures, cyberattacks, etc.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the competent courts at the trader's registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

The current version is effective from 2026-05-28. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site.
